Project partners

Incipit Consulting is a company composed of six professionals with long-standing expertise in tourism analysis and strategic development.
The company provides research, consulting, technical assistance, and training services across the main areas of the tourism sector, including territorial and market analysis, destination marketing and management, sustainable tourism planning, tourism management of cultural heritage, accessible tourism, and tourism business management.
Incipit training, mainly addressed to managers and staff in private and public organisations, offers vocational and managerial courses, together with postgraduate and higher education courses in collaboration with universities.
The team also has solid experience in the design and coordination of EU-funded projects, with expertise covering all phases of the project life cycle, from strategic planning and partnership building to project implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.

IIS “Cassata-Gattapone” is an upper secondary state school located in Gubbio, in central Italy, with about 1000 students aged 14-19. Our students come from different social and educational backgrounds and are prepared to face both further studies and the labour market in a European context. After a two-year orientation period, students attend a three-year specialisation period choosing among 10 different technical, economic and vocational courses, including Tourism and Computer programming.
As an officially recognized eTwinning School and holder of the Erasmus+ VET Accreditation (2021–2027), we are committed to moving beyond borders. Our international strategy includes:

• Staff Development: Ongoing job shadowing and professional exchange.

Our teaching approach combines subject-specific skills with the development of language, digital and transversal competences. Particular emphasis is placed on foreign languages, the use of ICT in everyday teaching practice and collaborative, student-centred methodologies, facilitated by modern laboratories, i.e. those connected with technological innovation, 4.0 industry and the Internet of Things. European projects are fully integrated into the school curriculum and contribute to fostering active citizenship, intercultural awareness and openness to diversity, preparing students to become responsible and competent European citizens.

Aristotelio Secondary School is a private school located in Serres, in the region of Central Macedonia, Northern Greece. It provides education to students aged 12–19 and includes both Junior High School and High School. With approximately 200 students and 30 teachers, Aristotelio is the only private secondary school in the area and has been offering quality education since its foundation in 2004.
The school follows the curriculum regulated by the Greek Ministry of Education and the European Educational Syllabus, while enriching it with a wide range of extracurricular activities. These include sports, arts, languages, robotics, STEM education, theatre, music, film, and dance. Aristotelio places strong emphasis on foreign languages, offering certification in English, French, and German according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
Modern technology plays a central role in the teaching and learning process. Students work exclusively with tablets and are connected to their teachers through digital platforms, developing strong ICT skills in line with EU regulations. Teaching methods are student-centred and promote teamwork, initiative, creativity, social values, and environmental awareness.
Aristotelio has been actively involved in European projects for more than 18 years. The school was among the first in the region to participate in Comenius and Erasmus+ programmes and has been an active member of the eTwinning community for over 15 years. As part of the UNESCO schools network, Aristotelio also takes part in cultural exchanges and social and environmental awareness initiatives.
With experienced, highly qualified teachers and students who are confident users of modern technology, Aristotelio aims to prepare future citizens with the knowledge, values, creative skills, and confidence needed to succeed in a demanding and rapidly changing world.

Economic College “Gheorghe Dragoș” is located in Satu Mare in the North-West of Romania and it was founded in 1966. Our school prepares students in the domain of services offering vocational training in the following specializations: economics, trading, purchasing, tourism, catering and cooking.
The mission of CEGD is to provide education and professional training at high qualification standards within both national and European contexts. It provides 3rd and 4th level qualifications to students aged 14–19 and also 5th level qualifications to high school graduates. With aproximately 750 students and 55 teachers our school is chosen by numerous students as it supports the intellectual, social and professional development of young people from Satu Mare, offering qualifications in the services sector that meet European standards and labor market demands.

Mobile Idea Srl was founded in 2008 in Pisa as a company specializing in the creation of mobile content and digital services for individuals and public institutions. Founded by Fabio Viola and Gianfelice Boncristiano, it immediately began collaborating with leading companies in the video game industry such as EA Mobile, Vivendi Games, Digital Chocolate, and Bandai Namco.In recent years, it has become one of the leading companies in the field of gamification, thanks to the expertise of Fabio Viola, who has consistently been ranked among the world’s top 10 gamification designers for many years.In addition to providing training for schools and companies through the use of gamification, Mobile Idea specializes in the development of apps, video games, digital installations, and systems based on augmented reality, virtual reality, and artificial intelligence.

The European Network for Accessible Tourism (ENAT) is a non-profit association registered in Brussels in 2008. It is the leading European network specifically dedicated to making tourism destinations, products and services accessible to all visitors.
ENAT brings together a wide range of public and private stakeholders, including national and regional tourism boards, cities, destination management organisations, tourism businesses, NGOs, organisations representing people with disabilities, educational institutions, and accessibility experts.
The mission of ENAT is to promote accessibility and inclusion across the entire tourism value chain in Europe and beyond. It does so by facilitating cooperation among sector actors, encouraging the exchange of knowledge and good practices, and raising awareness of accessibility as a core component of sustainable and competitive tourism.
ENAT also contributes to the development of policies, standards and professional expertise related to accessible tourism, and acts as a representative voice towards European and national institutions. Through its work, ENAT promotes accessible tourism as a tool to combat discrimination and foster greater social inclusion at an international level.
